Every order undergoes verification, quality inspection, and packaging before shipment.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

From time to time, ELOVIGOR™ may offer promotional free shipping opportunities on qualifying orders.

Applicable shipping charges will always be shown before an order is finalized.

Delivery times depend on destination, carrier availability, customs processing, and local transportation networks.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow:

  • 24–72 hours for tracking details to become active
  • Additional processing time during weekends or carrier delays

Temporary delays in tracking updates do not necessarily indicate a shipping problem.


5. Customs, Duties & Import Charges

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be imposed by local authorities.

Customers are responsible for any charges assessed by their country's customs agency.

ELOVIGOR™ is not responsible for:

  • Customs clearance delays
  • Import taxes or duties
  • Government inspections
  • Additional fees imposed by local authorities

Requirements vary by country and are beyond our control.


6. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify your shipping information or request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Requests received within 12 hours of purchase may be accommodated whenever possible.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, changes and cancellations may no longer be available.


7. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

✔ Order Number

✔ Photos of the damaged item

✔ Photos of the shipping packaging

Our team will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.


8. Lost Packages

If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will investigate the situation and arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement shipment when appropriate.

Customers should also verify delivery details and contact the carrier directly if tracking indicates a completed delivery.


9. Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipments may experience delays due to circumstances outside our control, including:
